His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Excellency Dr Andreas Eliades, at Riffa Palace.

His Royal Highness highlighted the importance of strengthening bilateral cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Cyprus to achieve common goals and interests.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister welcomed the Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain and wished him success in performing his diplomatic duties.

The latest regional and international developments, as well as issues of common interest, were reviewed.

For his part, His Excellency Dr Eliades expressed his thanks for His Royal Highness’s commitment to developing bilateral relations and wished the Kingdom further progress and development.

His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa also attended the meeting.
